Ustadh ul Ulama Mufti Khalil Abdur Rahaman
Mufti Khalil Abdur Rahaman studied in Dars e Niami course
under the tutelage of Hazrat Allama Mawlana Abdul Wahab
Siddiqi (ra) and Shaykh ul Hadith Mawalan Yusuf Sahib at the
Jamia Islamia Coventy, England. After completing the Dars e
Nazami course Mufti Khalil Abdur Rahaman began lecturing at
the Hijaz College Islamic University. During the time he
spent at Hijaz College a number of students graduated as
Ulama hence he is known as Ustadh ul Ulama (Teacher of the
scholars).
Mufti Khalil Abdur Rahaman migrated to Holland in 2006,
where he became the Founder and Principal of Jamia Faizan ul
Mustafa and was made Imam and Khateeb at the Anwar ul
Mustafa Masjid, both of which is situted in the city of Den
Hague.
